7 Benefits of Exercising


The health benefits are very hard to ignore when it comes to being physical. Do you want to have more energy during the day? How about sleep better? Below are some benefits regarding being physical.

Exercise increases your energy

Have you ever ran a very short distance, and all of a sudden you’re out of breath? Well, time to get back in shape. Exercise and physical activity help deliver oxygen to the nervous system and muscle tissue, thus making your body more efficient. When your heart and lungs work better, you have much more energy when it comes to doing things around the house.

Exercise increases your mood

Imagine you had a stressful day. Maybe your boss pissed you off, or maybe even a client did. It’s time to hit the gym! There are many chemicals released when one either lifts weights or does cardio. These chemicals are made to make you happier.

Exercise can help prevent heart disease

When you exercise regularly, you don’t worry about things like heart diseases or having high blood pressure. Those things are for people to worry about who don’t exercise. Exercise keeps your blood flowing and prevents it from becoming stagnant.

Exercise can control your weight

One of the best ways to burn fat is to exercise. Specifically, HIIT (high intensity interval training). I personally burned a ton of fat (and muscle unfortunately!) when doing high intensity interval training three times a week. Just make sure to eat a ton of protein and you will preserve your muscle!
